Hi there, I'm Craig Kallian. I’m originally from Wisconsin, but I’ve proudly called Colorado Springs home since 2015. My journey into property management began with long-term rentals, where I spent five years overseeing apartment complexes. However, by my early twenties, burnout was starting to rear its head.

That's when two of my close friends embarked on an exciting venture called "Hoste." Their mission was clear: to empower investors in all stages of the game to thrive in the world of short-term rentals. At Hoste, we specialize in full, turnkey short-term rental management, constantly innovating to stay ahead of the game. Joining their team was a no-brainer for me.

Their values and goals perfectly aligned with my own personal and professional aspirations. Now, my days are spent working closely with homeowners, devising strategies to optimize their short-term rentals, discussing potential rental locations, analyzing market trends, and guiding them through the process of signing up for our services.
